The clitoris is a primitive organ that serves no biological function whatsoever; in anatomical structure, it resembles a miniature penis that failed to differentiate sexually during the course of embryological development due to the absence of those genes responsible for foetal androgen synthesis. The clitoris is a vestigial appendage that is really nothing more but the evolutionary by-product of the male genitalia and its capacity to produce an orgasmic response that has developed over hundreds of thousands of years of human physiological adaptation to the external environment of our hominid ancestors.
As a matter of fact, only the human male alone, out of all species within the animal kingdom, possesses a sophisticated apparatus of sexual physiological arousal that is unparalleled in the history of biological evolution. Detailed, meticulous observations derived from extensive anatomical investigations conducted by various scientific researchers throughout the twentieth century have revealed that the penis, foreskin included, contains anywhere between 80, 000 to well over 100, 000 nerve endings, whereas the clitoris contains anywhere between 0 - 8000 nerve endings.
To elaborate further, the overwhelming majority of women possess virtually no nerve endings whatsoever within the clitoris and are therefore organically frigid. How else does one explain the fact that over 86% of women are physiologically incapable of achieving orgasm through intercourse or that more than 66% of women are virtually incapable of achieving orgasm through masturbation? The widespread inability to achieve orgasm amongst woman is a reflection of the fact that both sexual frigidity and anorgasmia are exclusively female problems. It should be obvious to even the most limited intellect that the clitoris is a vestigial organ that is completely devoid of any discernible biological function; it is an organ that should be removed surgically by means of clitoridectomy in order to protect both the physical and psychological health of the woman.

I... actually agree with this wholeheartedly. It's too bad clitoridectomy is illegal unless you've got like an infection, though. I'll... have to see if I can do it myself.
I hope not. Even if the front section of the clitoris is an useless, troublesome appendage, from where the corpora cavernosa separate and pass on either side of the vagina the two crura when swollen from sexual arousal they swell the labia majors and squeeze the sides of the vagina.
If you are over 18 you can have your clitoris removed to whatever extent you wish. The glans can be removed and leave the shaft. The shaft can be removed back to where it appears to emerge from the inguinal surface within the labia majora.
If your clitoris is hypertrophic you can have the excess length sectioned out and the glans reattached. Sensation may not be restored - the glans may be for appearance only.
But perhaps the sensation is what you wish to eliminate. Some women do not like orgasm, being satisfied by the man's insertion and thrusting. Just as many men gain satisfaction by observing the woman's enjoyment, some women get their enjoyment not from their own climax but from knowing that they contributed to the man's pleasure.
Make absolutely certain that this is what you want, for clitorectomy or clitoridectomy cannot be reversed. Once it's gone, it's gone for good.
Clitorectomy is illegal for all in some states but legal for 18+ in others.
Gynecological surgeons generally want to do any genital modifications by cutting. However to remove appendages strangulation can be a better way to go. It minimizes bleeding and risk of infection.
Unless they are annoyingly dangling (or, of course, diseased) the labia minora should be left alone as they contain a large part of the sexually sensitive nerve endings. If they are so uneven in size or hang down like a "Hottentot" woman's then a tool that pinches the excess off instead of cutting can be expected to give better results.
For reducing the clitoris after numbing the part to be removed the clitoris is gripped with a hemostat and pulled out as far as it will stretch without tearing. The frenums should be clipped loose from the clitoris. Then a tourniquet of suture thread is tied around the clitoris at the point where it is to be removed. The excess clitoris will soon die and can be nipped off, or left alone in which case it will fall off in a few days. More numbing can be applied to reduce pain to a tolerable level.
